Brewster Green is one of the most beloved and historically significant colors in the modern Porsche PTS programme — a very deep, rich green solid at #06371C that in most conditions reads as near-black, revealing its forest-green identity only in direct light. Porsche describes it as having "a complex and nuanced appearance with a deep green colour base that has a slight blue-grey undertone" that "in certain environments appears almost black, and in the right light the green tone comes out." The name has roots stretching back over a century — to the earliest Ford Model T production in 1909. Its Porsche story begins with Dr. Wolfgang Porsche's personal 993 Turbo S, finished in code 22B, which inspired a customer to commission the color through PTS Plus. It was subsequently made available as a formal PTS option and became one of the programme's most popular greens. A special 991-generation 911 Club Coupe in Brewster Green was built in a run of just 13 units for the 60th anniversary of Porsche Clubs worldwide.
