Lava Orange

Lava Orange (Lavaorange, code M2B) is a vivid, fully saturated solid orange at #FF4200 — an intense, high-chroma orange with strong red lean that gives it the combustive, volcanic quality of its name. Porsche's own documentation describes Lavaorange as a bright colour with subtle yellow undertones that creates a warm and energetic feeling, conveying passion and enthusiasm — and confirms that it was chosen for the market launch of the 911 GT3 RS (991), from which it became available as a PTS option for the 911 before the 718 and Cayenne model series followed. Rennbow documents it on the 911 in 2011 and 2014–2023, the 718 Boxster and Cayman from 2017 to 2022, and the Cayenne from 2020 to 2022 — a broad and sustained presence across the modern lineup from 2017 to present.
