Ravenna Green

Ravenna Green (L65K) is a deep, earthy solid green named for the ancient Italian city on the Adriatic coast — a city celebrated for its Byzantine mosaics, its Roman imperial legacy, and the rich, muted greens and golds of its famous Ravenna artworks. The hex places it in a medium-dark, saturated forest green register with a slightly warm undertone, making it more assertive than the olive-khaki greens of the era but quieter than the vivid signal and viper greens. Available on both the 911 and 914 during the 1973–1975 period, Ravenna Green sits in the same palette generation as Zambezi Green and Bahia Red — the years when Porsche's colors were at peak expressiveness before the palette began its retreat toward more conservative tones in the post-1975 G-series era. On the 914, where it appeared alongside Sunflower Yellow, Signal Orange, and Phoenix Red, Ravenna Green contributed to the mid-engine car's distinctive Italian-holiday color vocabulary.
