The color sits closer to a dark burgundy-red than to a true fire-engine red, with a warmth and depth that distinguishes it from the cooler, more saturated reds in Porsche's standard palette. The metallic finish adds complexity without excessive sparkle, keeping the color refined and serious. Originally developed by Audi — where it appears as Sevillarot Metallic under code LZ3C on models including the A6, A7, and A8 — it was incorporated into Porsche's expanded Paint to Sample catalog in 2023.
