Sholar Blue is a deep, rich metallic blue created specifically for the 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera T Club Coupe — the third-ever limited-edition PCA Club Coupe, built to mark the Porsche Club of America's 70th anniversary and limited to exactly 70 units for PCA members in the United States and Canada. The color was formulated as a metallic evolution of Club Blau, the bespoke solid blue created for the PCA 60th anniversary Club Coupe in 2015, with the addition of metallic flake making it darker, richer, and more dimensionally complex than the original. Rennbow describes it as reimagining the deep, refined tones of Club Blau as a shimmering modern evolution of that legacy shade. Named directly in honor of Bill Sholar — the Washington D.C. commercial artist who founded the PCA in 1955 after purchasing a 1953 Porsche 356 — the color was the result of two-plus years of collaborative development between Style Porsche, Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, and the PCA through the PTS Plus process. With only 70 examples produced, Sholar Blue is among the most limited-production colors in Porsche's modern history.
